Rental conditions

Thank you for reading the general rental conditions before reserving and sending your payment.

Extract from the general conditions:

The accommodation is rented for a maximum of 6 adult and 2 children and a baby.

The accommodation is rented furnished with a satellite television (French and international programs).

The bedding and the linen (sheets, covers, blankets), pillowcases, kitchen cloths, towels for shower and sink are supplied, with the exception of the towels for outdoors: swimming pool / sunbeds. The gas bottle (GLP), water, electricity, swimming pool products... are included in the rental price.

Animals are admitted upon prior written agreement with the owner at reservation time.

The swimming pool is an outdoor swimming pool heated by the sun. The weekly maintenance of the garden & swimming pool is included in the price of rent.

Internet on fiber line (WI-FI and cable) is available on the prem.

Rental rate year 2024 *

* The rates shown are exclusive of tourist tax (1 euro/adult/night) and mandatory cleaning and laundry fees at the end of stay, which amount to 120.00 euros per stay. A special offer is planned for 3 consecutive weeks of rental.

A deposit of 25% is payable by bank transfer at the time of booking. The balance and the guarantee - fully refundable if the inventory of places of exit does not pose any problem - are payable either by transfer on our account 3 weeks before the date of the first day of rental.
